*The school doctor's decision will be based on the submitted “Certificate of Permission to Attend School (University Format)” or a “Medical Certificate” .

学校感染症に罹患したことにより、授業を欠席した学生が、所定の申請手続きを行った場合は、欠席扱いとはしません。

If a student is absent from class due to a designated school infectious disease and completes the prescribed application procedures, the absence will not be counted as an absence.

所定の申請手続きを行うためには、医療機関による診断が必要となるため、必ず医療機関を受診してください。市販の検査キット等による判定結果では、出校停止期間が証明されないため、申請できません。

To complete the prescribed application procedures, a diagnosis from a medical institution is required; therefore, students must visit a medical institution.

The results of a commercial antigen test kit, etc. cannot be used to prove the school suspension period, and therefore cannot be applied for.

学校感染症に罹患した場合は、速やかに所属キャンパスの教務窓口に連絡し、指示を受けてください。なお、罹患中に試験を受験した場合には、その試験は無効となります。

If you contract a designated school infectious disease, please promptly contact the academic affairs office on your belonging campus and follow their instructions.

Please note that if you take an examination while infected, the examination will be deemed invalid.

学校感染症に罹患したことにより、追試験対象科目の試験を欠席した学生が、所定の申請手続きを行った場合は、審査の上追試験の受験を許可されます。

If a student misses an examination for a course that is subject to a make-up examination due to contracting a school infectious disease and follows the prescribed application procedures, the student will be allowed to take the make-up examination.
